How it works
Five steps, and we do most of them
You tell us who is travelling and roughly when. We do the rest, and we stay involved right through to the day you get home.
Day one
You send us an enquiry
The form asks for the things that actually change the answer: who is travelling, their ages, when you could go and roughly what you want to spend. Two minutes, and no phone number required if you would rather we emailed.
- No obligation and no sales calls unless you ask for one
- We will tell you honestly if we think Disney is the wrong choice for you
- Happy to work entirely over email if that suits you better
Within one working day
We come back with two or three options
Not a list of forty sailings. Two or three, with the reasoning: why this ship, why this week, why this cabin category, and what each one costs all-in including flights and hotels where relevant.
- Full costed options — no "from" prices that turn out to be unavailable
- A clear note on what is and is not included
- The trade-offs spelled out, including the cheaper option we did not pick
When you are ready
We hold the cabin and take the deposit
Disney holds most cabins for a short courtesy period, which buys you time to talk it over. When you are happy we take the deposit, issue your confirmation and the relevant ABTA or ATOL paperwork.
- Deposits are typically 20% of the cruise fare, balance due around 90 days before sailing
- Written confirmation and financial protection certificate by email the same day
- Payment plans available on most bookings
The months in between
We plan the detail and watch the price
This is the part people underestimate. Dining rotations, port arrival times, excursion booking windows, palo reservations, park tickets, transfers, and the online check-in that opens at a specific time and matters more than it should.
- A reminder for every booking window that opens before you sail
- Price monitoring, and a re-fare if your sailing drops before final payment
- Excursion and dining advice based on your actual itinerary, not a generic list
While you are away
We stay reachable
You have a direct number for your consultant, not a general enquiries line. Delayed flight, missed transfer, problem at the terminal — call us and we will deal with it.
- Direct contact for your named consultant while you travel
- We handle the cruise line and airline on your behalf
- A short call when you are back, so the next one is easier
The money
What it costs to use us
Nothing. Genuinely. Here is how that works.
Disney Cruise Line pays travel agents a commission on every booking. That commission is already inside the fare whether you book through an agent or on the Disney site yourself — it is not added on top for using us, and we cannot discount it away.
So the price you pay through us is the same price you would pay direct. What you get on top is someone who has sailed the ships, who will argue with you about your cabin choice, and who picks up the phone when something goes wrong on the day.
We charge no booking fee, no admin fee and no amendment fee of our own. If Disney charges a change fee, that is theirs and we will tell you the exact amount before you agree to anything.
