Mickey Magic exists because booking a Disney cruise from the UK is unnecessarily hard, and because a search box has never once talked anyone out of the wrong sailing.
Our story
It started with a badly booked cruise
Our first Disney cruise was a mess. We booked the wrong ship for our children's ages, took a guaranteed inside cabin to save money and spent a week with four people in a room the size of a bathroom, and missed the fact that the sailing a fortnight later was eight hundred pounds cheaper with better weather. Nobody told us any of that, because nobody we spoke to had ever actually been.
So we went again. And again. We have now sailed every ship in the fleet, from a three-night Bahamas hop to a fourteen-night transatlantic, and we have made most of the mistakes available to a family travelling from the UK — the wrong flights, the wrong hotel, the excursion nobody enjoyed, the dining rotation that put a five-year-old in a restaurant at half past eight at night.
Mickey Magic is the agency we wanted to find. We only sell Disney Cruise Line, we are paid a commission by the cruise line rather than a fee by you, and we would rather talk you into a cheaper sailing that works than a more expensive one that does not.
What we are not
We are not a call centre, we are not a price comparison site, and we are not affiliated with Disney. We are a handful of people who plan a few hundred holidays a year properly. If we are not the right fit for what you want, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Four things we will not compromise on
We will talk you out of things
If the sailing you have picked is wrong for your family, we say so — even when the alternative earns us less. A holiday that goes badly costs us far more in the long run than a smaller commission.
No booking fees, ever
We are paid a commission by the cruise line, which is built into the price whether you book through us or direct. Using us costs you nothing and gets you someone in your corner.
We watch the price after you book
Disney fares move. If your sailing drops in price before final payment we will tell you and re-fare it where the terms allow — you do not have to keep checking.
One person, start to finish
The consultant who quotes your holiday is the one who books it, sorts the dining, answers the 11pm question about luggage tags, and is there if something goes wrong at the port.
